There’s an unmistakable spirit here—a blend of festive Mexican tradition seen through the lens of contemporary sophistication. This duality shapes not only the mood but the very way the cuisine unfolds. The kitchen offers surprises that play with textures and layers, from the comforting warmth of rich ribeye al pastor to the light, refreshing bursts of a well-balanced ceviche. Each bite invites you to savor subtle complexity intertwined with familiar, beloved ingredients, reflecting both heritage and inventive spirit.
The bar area sets an easygoing tone for the evening, where the extensive tequila selection and thoughtfully crafted cocktails make the perfect prelude or encore to a meal that feels both celebratory and unpretentious. I had mixed feelings bc this restaurant received so many negative reviews. In the end our party of 3 enjoyed a pleasant evening. We had a nice corner table in the rather dark main dining room. Our reservation was at 7 30 pm, and the place was packed on a Saturday evening. Extensive wine/ champagne list and a menu with prices we were prepared for . Several N/A beer and nice cocktails, especially the Watermelon Margarita. The appetizers were rather small and all tasted too salty. The best was the snapper ceviche. My friend was interested in the lamb chops. The menu said 30 $ per chop. She wanted to order 2 but the waiter said it only comes with 4 chops. So why write down the price for one if there is no choice but to get 4 lamb chops for a total of 120$ ?? She ordered fish instead. The main courses were surprisingly large, and delicious. Especially the New York Strip . A plate with 7 different sauces was served with the mains. Tortillas too for the Mexican touch? Delicious Tres Leches dessert. Our server and others taking care of our table were all very nice and attentive. Nobody had problems with us drinking tap water ( instead of expensive bottled water ) and we were not charged for that either. Some reviews claimed guests have to pay for tap water?? Not true. A gratuity of 20 % is added to the check automatically. I wonder? Are they afraid of guests not paying the tip? Highly unlikely if one could afford to have dinner there. The valet parking was 25 $ and no extra taxes like some reviews claim. The location in that Chateau- like former private residence is rather nice but overrated, in my opinion.

Had my birthday dinner here with family, and felt I had to leave a review since I was nervous reading a lot of negative reviews (mostly about ridiculous things). But wanted to share my honest feedback from some pretty tough critics. First, the place is an all around vibe, beautiful setting, loved the bar to have drinks before being seated, the outdoor garden area was magical and the main dining room in the sun room was just unbelievable and eveything I wanted for my bday dinner. Every item we order from food to cocktails ranged from very good to amazing. We didn’t have anything we wouldn’t come back for, that’s how much we loved it. Services was excellent, a few instances where we had to wait for a waiter or runner to help us but there was always someone within distance available. Some highlights were the ribeye, wagyu tostada, lobster tostada, the whole branzino, chicken verde, and the snapper ceviche. Eveything was Cooked perfectly and seasoned well. For dessert we got a few items which were good but definitely go for the horchata ice cream…! It was great. The music isn’t loud as some people say, and it’s good music. Definitely high price point but it was worth it due to the value I saw in having a great dinner and experience with my family. We will be back!

the first and only Chateau in Miami. Franch vibe with Mexican cousin but most important with an Italian fine dining service. From the welcome received from the hostess to the end was an incredible experience mixed between kindness and hight level of costumer service. Great job Major group!

The experience absolutely lives up to the hype and it came through big time exceeding our expectations. The restaurant is a vibe both inside and out. The tequila selection is the most extensive I’ve ever seen. The food was great — one of the best meals we’ve had. We ordered pretty much everything. The caviar tostadas are my favorite guilty pleasure. The Wagyu melts in your mouth, the Lobster is out of this world. The mini choco-tacos and churros bring me back to my childhood. Looking forward to our next visit!!

A Night Worth Keeping I almost canceled this reservation after reading reviews saying the staff wasn’t kid-friendly and that families felt unwelcome but our experience was the complete opposite. We brought one teenager and one child, and our server Joseph was incredibly attentive. The service overall was some of the best we’ve had in Miami warm, interactive, and genuinely welcoming. Whatever those reviews were talking about, it definitely wasn’t our night. Sharing plates, filling tortillas, passing bites the whole thing felt like dinner and an experience wrapped together. Château ZZ: • Prickly Pear Margarita – Bright and refreshing. • Smoked Margarita – Bold, smoky, delicious. • Lemonade – Tart and perfect for the kids. • Guacamole – Fresh, creamy, herb-loaded. • Calamari – Light, crispy, addictive. • Mexican Caesar – Crisp, tangy, and way better than expected. • Sweet Corn Elote – Charred, creamy, packed with flavor. • Lobster Garza – Tender, rich, beautifully plated. • Chicken Verde – Flavorful, juicy, tortilla-ready. • Snapper – Fresh, flaky, bright. • Roasted Poblanos – Smoky, soft, and delicious. • Churros – Total show-stopper. ⭐ • Frozen Hot Chocolate – 10/10. I added it to my cappuccino. • Cappuccino – Cozy, creamy, and perfect with the chocolate. Warm night, glowing room, perfect service, happy kids, and desserts that don’t just hit they perform. This place absolutely deserves a spotlight.
